Packaging machines in the EGGS Series have been studied and made to automatically wrap a cardboard blank around the eggs already inside plastic, polystyrene or moulded pulp egg containers.
The EGGS Series has a "balcony" design, with a clear-cut separation between the mechanical members and the work area.
The various machine versions differ in the number of blank-holding magazines:
there can be one, two, three or four blank magazines.
The machine can wrap up to 80 packages per minute.
The machine is made considering the environment where it is commonly used and thus the need for the user to clean it on a daily basis and to perform extremely fast and simple maintenance.
All mechanical parts that are directly in contact with the product, are made of stainless steel.
